Surprisingly, people refrain from sitting in sunlight and are using Vitamin D tablets a lot. This can lead to the overabsorption of calcium in the body. It is not advised to take it in large amounts.

Another popular supplement taken by many people is Vitamin C tablets. It is said to be an immunity booster but it can definitely be hazardous if taken in excess amounts. One can fall to the risk of developing kidney stones if the intake of Vitamin C tablets is not regulated.

Vitamin A is known for its ability to enhance our vision. Too much intake of Vitamin A can be troublesome for us. There are some sources that suggest that intake of too much Vitamin A and beta carotene can lead to lung cancer.

Whenever someone is diagnosed with anemia, doctors prescribe some multivitamins to overcome the deficiency. Excess multivitamins may cause a lot of health problems that may contribute to bigger problems like cancer.

Excess of anything is bad for health, so it is better to limit the intake.
