Honey is another thing that you can use by mixing any of the above-listed herbs in it. It is rich in anti-oxidants and will make the taste less bitter and good to eat.

Some other herbs that are really good for health are Tinospora Cordifolia, Emblica Officinalis, Licorice, Asparagus Recemosus, and Withania Somnifera.
